■ Refunds for Paid Item Purchases Made After the Publication of the Roadmap
All paid item purchases made after the publication of the roadmap at 2025/4/10 19:30 JST will be refunded.
*Purchases made with Paid Enigma Entities will not be eligible for refund, with the exception of those related to "Support Contract - Revenio", which will be detailed below.
The following refund methods will be made available to those seeking a refund.
- For purchases made via the App Store and on Google Play: Refund to be wired to PayPal Account / domestic bank account within Japan
- For purchases made via Steam and Xsolla (Web Store): Refund to be provided through respective platforms.

■ Refunds for Remaining Unconsumed Paid Enigma Entities in Players' Possession after Termination of Service
Remaining Paid Enigma Entities in players' possession when service terminates on 2025/11/27 JST will be refunded.
They will be refunded at the highest rate (JPY 2.22/Paid Enigma Entity) no matter the rate of Paid Enigma Entities at the time of purchase.
■ Return of Paid Enigma Entities Used for "Support Contract - Revenio"
As per the previous notice, the consumed Paid Enigma Entities used to unlock Armed Support and Advanced Support, as well as to purchase Contract Levels for "Support Contract - Revenio" will be returned after "Support Contract - Revenio" ends.
These returned Paid Enigma Entities will be eligible for refund.
