1. Install TRIBE NINE on the device you wish to transfer your account to.
2. On the Title Screen, go to the upper left corner and press Menu (≡) > Transfer Account.
3. Review the message in the pop-up window, then select "OK".
4. Select the transfer method and log in to the linked account.
5. Confirm your Player ID and Player Name, then select "OK".
6. Review the message in the pop-up window again, then select "OK".

Please contact us via the Contact Support button at the bottom of the site. For the "Type of Inquiry", select "Account Recovery (Apply for a password)". Fill in the required information and submit your request.
We will review your information to determine if it meets the account recovery requirements. If it does, we will help you recover your account.
