If you notice that a previously obtained Character or Tension Card is missing, please try the following:
■Confirm your Synchro History in the game Press the "Menu icon (≡)" in the upper-left in-game > "Synchro". Select the type of Synchro you'd like to confirm and press "Synchro History" at the bottom of the screen. *Synchro History is available for the past 7 days, with a maximum of 20 records displayed.
■Confirm the Characters and Tension Cards you own ▼To confirm owned Characters in the game, go to "Menu (≡)" in the upper-left in-game > "Character" *Characters not yet encountered in the Story will be displayed as holograms.
▼To confirm owned Tension Cards in the game, go to "Menu (≡)" in the upper-left in-game > "Card"
