Support Contract Overview
- During the event period, you can increase your "Contract Level" by completing missions and collecting a certain number of "Support Contract Certificates".
- You can receive rewards such as Enigma Entities, Wonder Boxes, and Training Materials for each "Contract Level" reached.
- There are different types of Support Contracts. In addition to "Basic Support", which is available to all players for free, you can also upgrade by purchasing "Armed Support" and "Advanced Support".
- Support Contracts will be updated periodically. When a new Support Contract period begins, the "mission content" and "Contract Level" will be reset.
Support Contract Reward Types
- Basic Support: You can obtain items such as Enigma Entities and Wonder Boxes by increasing your Contract Level.
- Armed Support: Limited Skins and a limited ★3 Tension Card will be added to the rewards you can obtain by reaching certain Contract Levels.
- Advanced Support: Instantly increases your Contract Level by 10 and allows you to obtain items such as a limited Player Card Banner and Synchro Medals.

Missions
Support Contracts feature 3 types of missions: Daily Missions, Weekly Missions, and Seasonal Missions.
Daily Missions
- Daily Missions will reset at 22:00 (PST) every day. All mission progress will be forfeited upon the reset.
Weekly Missions
- Weekly Missions will be added at 22:00 (PST) every Wednesday.
- Additional Weekly Missions will not reset. They will become available upon completion of all current Weekly Missions.
- If there are no additional Weekly Missions, no update will occur.
Seasonal Missions
- The availability period of Seasonal Missions varies.

Wonder Box
- You will get a random item listed in "Wonder Box Contents", such as Character Skins, Player Card Banners for customization purposes, or Training Materials.
- For details regarding "Wonder Box Contents", please select "Wonder Box" and press "i".
*Wonder Boxes are rewards that allow you to obtain items randomly. For details on the selection content, please check the item details button.
*Other than the items marked "Items in this section will not be selected repetitively", items can be obtained more than once.
*When you receive a skin that you already own, the skin will be converted into "Fashion Tickets". You can exchange "Fashion Tickets" for skins at "Patimate" in Safe Areas. "Patimate" will be available after Story Challenge Ch. 1 is completed.
NOTE:
*Due to the nature of the product, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
*Event period and content are subject to change without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
*"Armed Support" and "Advanced Support" will only be applicable to the Support Contract event at the time of purchase.
*When the Contract Level has been raised, the rewards can be claimed through the item icons or the "Claim All" button.
*Contract Level Rewards from Support Contracts must be claimed within the event period.
*If Contract Level is over a certain level at the purchase of Armed Support, the previous Level Rewards can still be claimed.
*Armed Support Rewards will still be available when switching to a device of the same OS; or to the same linked account on another device.
*Upon deletion of player data, the newly created account will not be able to receive the Armed Support Rewards, even if the new account is created on the same device.
