■When does the game's date change?
The in-game date changes every day at 22:00 PST (UTC 6:00).
■Can I purchase Daily Pass multiple times?
You cannot purchase another Daily Pass if you have remaining days on your current one.
■I didn't receive my rewards (I want to claim unclaimed rewards).
Daily Pass rewards will be sent to you via in-game mails with the subject line "Daily Pass Purchase Rewards".
Please note that rewards sent to you via mail must be claimed within 30 days. Expired rewards and rewards that were not claimed due to not logging in cannot be received later.
■I want to check if I have received my rewards.
To check the status of your rewards, go to "Menu (≡)" in the upper left corner in-game > "Mail".

■If I transfer my account, will the Daily Pass I purchased also be transferred?
Yes, the Daily Pass you purchased is bound to your account and can be transferred.
However, if you create a new account on the same device, the Daily Pass from the previous account will not be carred over.
■Can I transfer my Daily Pass that is in effect to another account?
You cannot transfer your Daily Pass to another account. Thank you for your understanding.
