We've identified an issue where certain security software, such as ESET or McAfee, detects Win64/Packed.VMProtect.AC and prevents the Deadly Demo application from downloading or launching correctly.
If you're experiencing this issue, please follow the steps below.
■ For players using ESET:
In the "Processes exclusions" settings, add steam.exe and tribenine.exe as exclusions.

1.Go to Advanced setup > Protections > Real-time file system protection > Real-time file system protection > Processes exclusions.
2. Click Add, then click the ... to open a file selection dialog.
3. Search for "steam.exe" and add it to the list of excluded processes.
4. Launch the Steam client and install TRIBE NINE.
5. Go to Processes exclusions and add "tribenine.exe" to the exclusion list.

■ For players using McAfee:
In the "Real-Time Scanning" settings > "Excluded Files", select [Add file] to add steam.exe and tribenine.exe.

1. Go to Protection > select Real-time Scanning.
2. Click Add File and select the detected file.
※Go to C:\Program Files > steam > steamapps > common > TRIBE NINE Demo, and select the detected file.
3. After selecting the file, click Open.
4. Confirm that the selected file has been added to the list of excluded files.

Restore quarantined items
1. Go to Protection > Quarantined Items
2. Select the quarantined file and restore it.
3. After restoring the file, repeat the steps under Add the detected files to "Excluded Files".
